General Purpose is the balanced starting point, and suits websites, APIs, and workloads with no clear bottleneck yet. Choose CPU-Optimized when the work keeps the processor busy — rendering, video encoding, or large data processing. Choose RAM-Optimized when memory is the constraint, such as a large database or a cache layer. If you are unsure, start on General Purpose and move once you see where the real load sits.

Either. Every plan carries both an hourly and a monthly rate, starting at ฿159 per month. Hourly suits machines you spin up temporarily, such as test environments or batch jobs; monthly is the better rate for anything left running.
