  • Facility

1,500 sq m of data center floor with 385 racks, inside Bangkok's central business district.

  • Power

N+1 redundant electrical train — any single component can fail or go in for service without dropping the load.

  • Cooling System

N+1 redundant cooling, sized to hold the hall in spec with one unit out of service.

  • Connectivity

Carrier-neutral, with direct connections to the National Internet Exchange and the International Internet Gateway.

Singapore Location Coming Q4 2026

We're expanding into Singapore, one of Asia's top connectivity hubs, so you can serve customers across the region and keep workloads resilient across borders.

24/7 NOC

Our NOC watches power, network, and temperature inside the facility around the clock, with staff on site every day of the year.

KVM over IP

Reach your machine's console remotely as if you were in front of it — recover a system or enter the BIOS even when the OS will not boot.

24/7 DC Access

Your team can work on the hardware whenever it needs to: swap parts, add equipment, or inspect it on site.

99.95% SLA

A 99.95% availability guarantee on power and network, backed by redundant power and redundant uplinks at every facility.

Network Port 1-400Gbps

Choose a port from 1Gbps up to 400Gbps to match your workload. Throughput is governed by port speed, not a monthly transfer quota.

Frequently Asked Questions

Rack space from a single case or 1U/2U up to half and full 42U racks, across all five Bangkok facilities. Each comes with power and carrier-neutral cross-connects — you supply and manage your own hardware. Billing is a flat monthly rate for the space, not by compute or data volume. Supply changes over time, so check with us for current availability at your preferred facility.

No, it's measured differently. Cloud Server plans include a monthly data-transfer quota with per-GB charges past it, and some Dedicated Servers offer a dedicated port. Co-location instead connects you to direct fiber optic uplinks from 10 to 400 Gbps, so throughput is governed by your port speed rather than a monthly TB quota.

Yes. Every co-location plan includes our Advanced Firewall free, covering SYN, UDP, HTTP, and ICMP floods and similar attacks — no add-on required.

You can access the facility 24/7. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice so our team can arrange escorted, badge-controlled entry to your racks.

We prepare the space, power, network, and environment and hand over a ready-to-use rack. From there you administer and configure your own servers; our support covers the co-location service itself, 24/7.

We back a 99.95% SLA on power and network in the concurrently maintainable Tier III facilities we run from, with N+1 redundancy and 24/7 NOC monitoring.

Yes. A single Nimblo Cloud account can run multiple resources side by side — co-location, cloud servers, and dedicated servers together. Billing supports both credit top-ups and invoices, and multiple invoices can be merged into one payment.
