Each comes with power and carrier-neutral cross-connects — you supply and manage your own hardware. Billing is a flat monthly rate for the space, not by compute or data volume. Supply changes over time, so check with us for current availability at your preferred facility.
No, it's measured differently. Cloud Server plans include a monthly data-transfer quota with per-GB charges past it, and some Dedicated Servers offer a dedicated port. Co-location instead connects you to direct fiber optic uplinks from 10 to 100 Gbps, so throughput is governed by your port speed rather than a monthly TB quota.
