What we’re announcing today is not just a logo refresh or a new color palette. It’s a meaningful step that reflects how far our service has come, and the commitment we hold toward every single customer.

We want to use this space to share, candidly, the thinking behind this decision: why we became Nimblo Cloud, how this change will benefit your business, and what we’re genuinely proud to have built.

Where It Started: Hostify

Hostify was born as Cloud Forest’s public cloud service with a clear mission from day one: to provide reliable, cost-effective hosting for Thai businesses, while making high-grade infrastructure accessible to both private and public customers. In our early days, stability and ease of use came first. That foundation is what earned us our customers’ trust and kept us growing.

But the cloud technology landscape has shifted considerably over the years. With AI and automation now deeply embedded in infrastructure, businesses today don’t just need servers or storage. They need platforms that are agile, flexible, and built to scale in the truest sense.

We knew the Hostify identity no longer fully conveyed the level of capability and public cloud service we were building. To stay aligned with where our customers are headed, it was time to step fully forward.

Why “Nimblo Cloud”?

Finding the right name went through a careful process. We wanted something that wasn’t just memorable, but one that genuinely reflected the core of what we offer and where we’re going. That led us back to a more fundamental question: what experience do we want to give our customers?

The answer was agility, and the freedom to move. Our systems shouldn’t create friction, shouldn’t add unnecessary complexity, and should let users access high-grade technology without the usual barriers. We believe the best infrastructure is the kind that quietly does its job in the background, clearing the way for you to focus on what actually matters.

We want you to focus on what you build. Let infrastructure be our job.

That’s what Nimblo means to us.

The name Nimblo draws from the word nimble, conveying agility, rapid adaptability, and flexibility. These aren’t just qualities we aim for in our infrastructure. They describe how we work and how we show up as a partner to our customers.

Our team calls itself “Nimblo Lab” to reflect a culture of continuous research, experimentation, and improvement, with our customers at the center of every decision.

Identity That Speaks for Itself

We approached the new visual identity with one intent: to communicate our position and our values as clearly as possible. Many concepts were considered and discarded before arriving at what you see today.

A Logo Built on Strength and Simplicity

We moved away from a rocket logo (startup-speed was the old message) toward a wordmark that feels more grounded and professional. Unnecessary elements were stripped out, leaving the weight of the letterforms to carry the message. A small detail was added to the letter “o” to represent continuous cycles of work and development, which is at the heart of cloud infrastructure.

Orange: A Bold Statement of Stability

We elevated orange, already part of our previous identity, to take the lead, pairing it with black rather than blue. This is a deliberate departure from the sea of blue tech companies that use that color to signal trustworthiness. The result is an identity that feels solid, serious, and distinct. It’s a statement that Nimblo Cloud and the Nimblo Lab team have a clear point of view, separate from every other provider in the market.

What’s New for You

For Our Customers: Cleaner, More Direct Communication

We’ve reworked how we communicate to position ourselves as genuine advisors, not just a vendor. Every piece of content, whether on the website or in documentation, is being written to be clear, to the point, and to help you make better business decisions.

For AI Agents: Better Ways to Understand Our Systems

As AI agents take on increasingly active roles in managing infrastructure, we believe a well-designed platform needs to serve both humans and agents equally well.

We’re planning to prepare documentation and web pages in formats that AI can read and act on immediately, designed with both AI comprehension and human readability in mind.

Whether you’re provisioning servers for users, checking system status, or querying billing data, we’re building for that workflow to feel as smooth as doing it yourself.

The Infrastructure We’re Proud Of

This is the part we most want to talk about and share updates on, because it’s what we’ve been carefully building piece by piece over many years.

Thailand’s Leading Data Centers

We operate on data centers located in Thailand, with network backbone connectivity delivering exceptionally low latency for users in the Thai region.

Hardware and Software Working Together

We don’t stop at sourcing good hardware and assembling it. Nimblo Lab researches and develops at a deeper level: writing software that runs close to the metal to reduce latency beyond what off-the-shelf solutions can achieve, and designing certain circuits in-house to match the real performance demands of our customers’ workloads.

A Network Designed for Reliability

We maintain connections across multiple transit providers and peering paths, allowing us to sustain connectivity even when any single route experiences issues. This redundant network design isn’t optional for us. It’s the minimum standard we set for all of our infrastructure.

The Nimblo Lab Team Behind Nimblo Cloud

Great technology only matters when there’s a great team behind it. We’re proud to have engineers with hands-on experience running enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure across both the private and public cloud markets, for many years. Our team is not a support team reading from scripts. These are engineers who understand systems at the hardware level and can actually solve complex problems.

That team hasn’t changed. The same people who’ve been looking after your systems will continue to do so, now under the name Nimblo Cloud.

What Changes, and What Doesn’t

For our current customers, here’s a straightforward summary:

What We’re Changing

  1. Brand name and visual identity
  2. Website and Control Panel, redesigned for ease of use and higher efficiency. The migration will happen gradually, moving existing systems to the new design over time.
  3. Expanded public cloud services and features, rolling out continuously.

What Stays the Same

  1. All of your data and running systems remain completely unaffected. No reconfiguration or migration needed.
  2. Our security and stability standards.
  3. The same engineering and support team, committed to serving you with the same dedication as always.
  4. Our SLA commitments, same standard as before or better.

During this transition, some channels (such as email or social media) may still carry the old identity for a period. Rest assured we’ll complete the full migration to the new brand within this year.

Our Services

On day one of Nimblo Cloud, every service you’re familiar with is ready for you.

  • Cloud Server: Cloud servers that grow with you. Supports multiple Linux distros and Windows Server. Scale up anytime without starting over, with Advanced DDoS Protection on every plan.
  • Dedicated Server: Your hardware, yours alone. Standard DELL rack servers with no resource sharing, full performance, no contention.
  • Cloud Hosting (Plesk and DirectAdmin): Deploy apps through the control panel you know. No terminal required.
  • Co-Location: Bring your hardware into our enterprise-grade data center, same as before. Monitored 24/7 across CSLOXINFO, CAT-IDC, and Proen.

What’s Next for Nimblo Cloud

Over the coming months, you’ll see the website, email, and all communication channels transition fully to the Nimblo Cloud brand. And this is just the start of our platform roadmap.

We’re not building Nimblo Cloud to compete with AWS or GCP. We’re building it to be the best and most accessible cloud for businesses in Thailand and Southeast Asia, specifically. That’s a clear goal, a measurable one, and one we intend to reach.

None of this would be possible without the trust of the customers and partners who’ve supported us from the beginning. Thank you for making this journey with us.

Welcome to Nimblo Cloud: agile infrastructure, built to grow your business for the long run.
